Very good location access to supermarket and pharmacy and good restaurants within few feet. Internet was not good for the first 2 nights after it was fixed it was really good

Tasty breakfast

The property is tucked in behind the busy street and for that it is pretty quiet. The staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help out. We enjoyed our stay so much that we kept extending our stay. The breakfast is delish and quite diverse. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The property is well maintained and looked after. We also did not mind the 15 minute walk to Republic Square. The property is well situated and close to nice eateries, promenades and the metro.

Great location, nice and clean room. The breakfast was awesome. The staff were very kind and helpful, they even prepared a 'lunchbox' for us as we had to leave early during the night to the airport. Great experience!

The location is near the park and has nice places to walk, with a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Nice posizion, walking distance to the centre and very close to the park. Silence in the night, everything perfect. Very helpful staff, all very kind especially the lady who served us breakfast at our arrival after a long overnight travel! We recommend it !!!

When I found a better rate through booking .com after the Ist 2 nights which I found hotel by myself They got passed off and cutoff our breakfast .

Everything was just perfect! Very good location, 10' walking distance from the center; comfortable room, fully equipped; great breakfast; free parking in front of the hotel; and very kind staff available 24h/day to address any need.

Great staff, always polite and helpful. We have traveled with an infant, so they provided us a good cot and bottled water every time we needed.

Eventhough the hotel is a small establishment, they made sure that the rooms were clean and top notch, apart from that, they also added small details like bathrobes etc. which made the hotel rooms more comfortable

Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in Yerevan. Just a few minutes walk to get to the city center and Vernisaz market were you can find the best souvenirs in the city. Our room and all areas were always very clean and the staff extremely helpful and polite. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was different every morning with many Armenian dishes. There is supermarket near the hotel, Tashir pizza and cafe. We had a mini fridge, tea and coffee in the room, hair dryer, robes, freshly clean towels and new flip flops every day. Our room was on the 3rd floor, with access through stairs and elevator, it was warm with windows with a park view (there is a pulpulak). We fell in love with Armenia and will definitely come back to explore more!
